- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.

- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary ranges from $64,480 to $84,500, with potential bonuses based on performance and other factors.
