1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.

7. Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.
4. Client management and organizational skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
7. Physical ability to perform job duties.

Minimum of 5 years in a retail management role, preferably in a high-volume setting.

The annual base salary ranges from $64,480 to $84,500, with potential bonuses based on performance and other factors.
