Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance store profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and effective handling of client complaints.
- Maintain store standards and visual merchandising excellence, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and assist in resource allocation.
- Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills.

3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environment, with a proven track record of success as an assistant manager.
The annual base salary range for this position is $66,000.00 - $81,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
