- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a smooth client experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and handle client complaints.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation.
- Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $64,400.00 - $74,908.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
