1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive store sales and enhance profitability.

4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing continuous feedback.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and effective resolution of complaints.

7. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal resource allocation.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $67,600.00 - $78,660.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
