1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve or exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through outstanding service and handle client complaints effectively.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
7. Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation to optimize productivity.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

2. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
3. Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.

The annual base salary range is $53,500.00 - $74,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
