Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through superior service and handling of client complaints.
- Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal resource allocation.
- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.

The annual base salary ranges from $51,000 to $62,500, with potential bonuses based on performance and other factors.
