- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase store profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and effective handling of client complaints.
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and support resource allocation.
- Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
- Excellent client management skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.

3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
The annual base salary range for this position is $64,400.00 - $74,908.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
