Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support daily store operations and ensure exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the team to exceed performance goals and foster growth and accountability.
- Attract, hire, and onboard new talent to build a diverse and inclusive team.
- Deliver real-time coaching and actionable feedback to maximize associates' potential.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide mentorship to support team members' career journeys.
- Consistently deliver outstanding service and resolve client concerns.
- Maintain a visually inspiring and immaculate store environment in compliance with brand guidelines.
- Optimize inventory and staffing resources to drive growth in a dynamic retail landscape.
- Demonstrated success as a retail assistant manager in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Previous experience in a retail assistant management role, with a proven track record of driving results and elevating team performance.
The annual base salary range for this position is $58,500.00 - $68,068.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
