- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development through ongoing feedback.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering excellent service and handling complaints effectively.
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal resource allocation.
- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary ranges from $68,640.00 to $74,908.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
