- Inspire and lead the team by setting an example and fostering a collaborative environment.

- Previous retail management experience in a store with equivalent sales volume.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and management skills.
- Experience as a hands-on leader who enjoys being on the sales floor to motivate and coach teams.

- Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
- Effective communication and influence skills.
- Flexibility in availability and willingness to relocate if necessary.
Previous retail management experience in a store with equivalent sales volume is required.
The annual base salary range for this position is $61,400.00 - $71,488.00. Actual salary depends on qualifications, experience, and location. Potential bonuses may be available.
