1. Previous retail management experience in a store with equivalent sales volume.
2. Strong organizational, analytical, and management skills.
3. Experience as a hands-on leader who enjoys being on the sales floor to motivate and coach teams.
4. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.

4. Flexibility in availability and willingness to relocate if necessary.

Previous retail management experience in a store with equivalent sales volume is required.

The annual base salary range for this position is $61,400.00 - $71,488.00. Actual salary depends on qualifications, experience, and location. Potential bonuses may be available.
