1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and effective complaint resolution.
6. Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to uphold a safe and efficient work environment.
8. Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure product availability.
9. Support resource allocation and staffing to optimize productivity and performance.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $60,406.00 - $68,068.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
