Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support daily store operations and ensure exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the team to exceed performance goals and foster growth and accountability.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent to build a diverse and inclusive team.
- Provide real-time coaching and actionable feedback to maximize team potential.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a retail assistant manager in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
The annual base salary range for this position is $73,700.00 - $85,785.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
