Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and handle client complaints effectively.
- Maintain store standards and visual merchandising excellence, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and support resource allocation and staffing.
- Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.

3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
The annual base salary range for this position is $73,700.00 - $85,785.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
