1. Inspire and lead the team by example to create memorable customer experiences.
2. Utilize Sephora’s tools and data to measure KPIs and propose action plans to elevate customer experience.

1. Previous retail management experience at an equivalent sales volume store.
2. Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
3. Strong emotional intelligence, resilience, and communication skills.
4. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand/walk the sales floor for entire shifts.

3. Knack for attracting, identifying, and inspiring employees.
4. Flexible availability to work and ability to be mobile within the market.

Previous experience in retail management, particularly in high-volume sales environments, is required.

The annual base salary range for this position is $59,500.00 - $85,785.00. The actual salary offered depends on qualifications and experience.
