1. Create exceptional customer experiences by energizing and motivating the team to deliver memorable service.
2. Utilize Sephora's tools and data to measure KPIs and develop action plans to enhance customer satisfaction.

4. Ensure the store is visually appealing and services are of high quality, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
5. Assist the store manager in operational initiatives to ensure profitability and efficiency.

7. Provide coaching and development to help team members grow.

1. Previous retail management experience in a store with equivalent sales volume.
2. Strong organizational, analytical, and management skills.
3. Experience as a hands-on leader who enjoys motivating and coaching teams on the sales floor.
4. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.

3. Effective communication and influencing abilities.
4. Flexibility in availability to work.

Previous retail management experience in a store with equivalent sales volume is required.

The annual base salary range for this position is $66,000.00 - $81,000.00, with eligibility for bonuses based on various factors.
