Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase store profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and handle client complaints effectively.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Assist in resource allocation and staffing to optimize productivity.
- Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
The annual base salary range for this position is $66,000.00 - $81,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
