Sephora Assistant Store Manager

1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a smooth client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and increase profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service.
6. Handle client complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
7. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting.

3. Strong organizational skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, and stand/walk the sales floor for entire shift.

3-5 years of experience managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $59,500.00 - $76,000.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
