1. Create impressive customer experiences by supporting the team in delivering meaningful in-store interactions that build brand loyalty.
2. Assist in managing daily store operations alongside the Store Manager, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

1. Completed education or equivalent experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality.
2. Minimum of one year of experience as an Assistant Manager.

1. Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
2. Passion for beauty products.
3. High social intelligence and communication skills, with the ability to conduct brief conversations in English.

At least one year of experience in an Assistant Manager role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.

Completed education or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
