1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring efficient client experiences.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle client complaints effectively.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

4. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule.

The annual base salary range for this position is $78,000.00 - $82,365.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
