1. Partner with the store management team to create meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty.
2. Utilize Sephora tools and data to measure KPIs and propose action plans to enhance client experience.
3. Drive operational initiatives to ensure store profitability and efficiency.
4. Maintain the store's representation of Sephora's brand and culture, adhering to company policies and best practices.
5. Foster an inclusive and positive team culture, providing customized feedback to team members.
6. Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive business performance and achieve company vision.

1. Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or store management experience in a smaller retailer.

1. Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
2. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
3. Ability to influence and motivate team members at all levels.
4. Flexibility to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings.

Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a big box or smaller retail environment.
