1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure seamless client experiences.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and effective complaint resolution.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal resource allocation.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
2. 3-5 years of management experience.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.

The annual base salary range for this position is $58,500.00 - $68,068.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
