- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and handling client complaints effectively.
- Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to uphold a safe and efficient work environment.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and support resource allocation and staffing.
- Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen.

The annual base salary range for this position is $55,500.00 - $71,250.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
