1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback and support.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and handling client complaints effectively.
6. Maintain store standards and visual merchandising excellence, ensuring compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and support resource allocation and staffing.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $61,400.00 - $71,488.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
