Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a dynamic retail environment.
- Utilize data to inform operational decisions and collaborate with the Store Manager and District Manager to strategize for business growth.
- Drive a selling culture within the team to meet KPIs and uphold Sephora's values.
- Enhance team performance and support the development of internal talent.
- Foster a continuous improvement mentality and collaborate with the wider team.
- Motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.
- 2-3+ years' experience in retail or store line management.
- Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
- Passion for client-centric service and experiential retail.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
- Hands-on leadership with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
2-3+ years in retail or store line management, preferably with experience in big box retail or multi-site management.
