1. Assist in managing the assortment of exclusive brands across 12 European markets.
2. Develop and implement marketing activation plans for portfolio brands, including animation, CRM, media, and digital strategies.
3. Support the management of promotional materials such as samples and deluxe items.
4. Conduct qualitative and quantitative reporting and analysis.
5. Monitor product launches and assist in purchasing processes for the EU region.
6. Coordinate category projects including trade and in-store animations, merchandising projects, and public relations.
7. Prepare for key meetings such as Market Week and Business Reviews.
8. Conduct competitive analysis.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree in Marketing or Commerce from a university or business school.
2. Seeking an end-of-study or gap year internship.

1. Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
6. Interest in cosmetics is advantageous.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a university or business school program specializing in Marketing or Commerce.
