Sephora Assistant Site Functionality Manager

- Support strategic planning and execution of roadmap projects for the Sephora website and apps, including kick-off presentations, revenue sizing, and market research.
- Assist in feature prioritization, timeline management, AB testing, and successful launch measurements.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, document action items, and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Collaborate with Product Management to define business needs and prioritize functionality within timelines and budget.
- Work closely with User Experience teams to design features that prioritize client needs, using data and analytics to inform decisions.
- Partner with Personalization and Testing teams to develop KPIs and testing plans for feature rollouts.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive insights to inform strategic initiatives.
- Track and report on the performance of digital features and initiatives to stakeholders.
- Provide training and support on new digital features and tools.
- Maintain vendor relationships and create presentations for leadership and team meetings.
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, Product Management, Digital, Management Consulting, or Strategy.
- Experience in retail business, consumer brands, and innovations is advantageous.
- Highly driven self-starter with a proactive attitude.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions to achieve common goals.
- High energy and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple projects.

A minimum of 3 years in eCommerce, Product Management, Digital, Management Consulting, or Strategy.
The annual base salary ranges from $73,100 to $97,185, with eligibility for bonuses based on performance and other factors.
