Sephora Assistant Security Project Manager

- Monitor the Computer-Aided Security Management System (GSAO) and handle security requests within France.
- Produce and analyze KPIs for security service performance tracking.
- Oversee administrative aspects and quality of security services.
- Track and analyze security incidents across Sephora's store network.
- Manage security complaints and compile documentation for grouped complaints by city or region.
- Maintain dashboards related to security budgets, reinforcement requests, and events.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings with security partners.
- Extract and update data from GSAO for loss prevention efforts.
- Gather and research information to combat losses and conduct economic intelligence.
- Analyze losses through monthly and annual reports and coordinate action plans with service providers.
- Distribute internal audit reports for stores and conduct security audits.
- Compile and assess internal and external information to establish risk lists by region and store.
- Draft and communicate security processes in collaboration with the France Security Manager.
- Update and publish network procedures on Inside France.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Basic understanding of Economic Intelligence.
- Awareness of private/public partnerships (police/gendarmerie).
- Experience in security (internship/professional contract/position) is advantageous.
