Sephora Assistant Retail Marketing Intern

- Participate in the implementation of the France 2026 Animation Plan, including supplier brief follow-ups and merchandising tests.
- Update animation files and ensure proper coordination of animations.
- Develop the animation book for the network.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper implementation.
- Deploy and produce promotional operations, including drafting briefs for service providers and overseeing the graphic chain from design to store delivery.
- Coordinate timings and stakeholders for promotional operations.
- Manage operational communication with the network, handling store requests and drafting communications to ensure proper operation implementation.
- Coordinate store opening/reopening events, including supplier briefings and coordination between store, headquarters, and service providers.
- Support the implementation of transversal projects such as local operations, branded object creation, gift card activation, and Friends & Family campaign management.
- Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 education in business school or university.
- Operational and autonomous with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Photoshop skills are a plus.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideal for those starting their careers.
