- Collaborate on the omnichannel education strategy for seasonal launchbooks.
- Develop seasonal training packs, including PowerPoint modules, digital learning modules, and gamified formats.
- Create Discovery Box phygital & Train The Trainer tools for annual project launches.
- Develop concise and expert educational tools such as shade finders and product sheets.
- Serve as the point of contact for suppliers and warehouses to ensure operational delivery of in-store tools.
- Conduct competitive analysis of innovative training and brand experience practices.
- Create digital content for internal and external platforms, including video content for social media.
- Ensure optimal customer experience by developing sales scenarios and retailtainment materials.
- Work on the brand's free and paid service policies and protocols.
- Develop grooming materials for annual project launches to foster brand belonging.
- Update onboarding pathways and develop semi-annual captain convention packs.
- Monitor budget and manage product orders.
- Enrollment in a business school or perfume and cosmetics school (ISIPCA) in a final-year apprenticeship.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Interest in digital platforms and social media.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
- Product sensitivity and interest in the cosmetics market.
A first experience in training or sales-related roles is advantageous.
Final-year apprenticeship in business or perfume and cosmetics school.
