1. Coordinate and monitor Retail & Digital projects across 14 European markets, ensuring alignment of best practices and fluid communication.
2. Collaborate with diverse teams across functions such as HR, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, E-commerce, and IT in an international context.
3. Develop, analyze, and synthesize regular reports on Retail & E-commerce performance, identifying gaps and proposing new monitoring tools.
4. Support strategic initiatives by preparing presentations for Directors, analyzing data to assess the impact of various actions and programs.
5. Organize European events, coordinating content, logistics, and participant interactions.
6. Conduct internal and external benchmarks, focusing on competitive intelligence and innovative retail or digital initiatives.
7. Design and manage internal surveys, presenting results in strategic syntheses.

1. Enrollment in a Business School or similar program.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Strong communication skills and understanding of business etiquette.

Currently enrolled in a Business School or similar program.
