Sephora Assistant Retail & Digital Coordinator

- Coordinate and monitor Retail & Digital projects across 14 European markets, ensuring alignment of best practices and fluid communication.
- Collaborate with diverse teams across functions such as HR, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, E-commerce, and IT in an international context.
- Develop, analyze, and synthesize regular reports on Retail & E-commerce performance, identifying gaps and proposing new monitoring tools.
- Support strategic initiatives by preparing presentations for Directors, analyzing data to assess the impact of various actions and programs.
- Organize European events, coordinating content, logistics, and participant interactions.
- Conduct internal and external benchmarks, focusing on competitive intelligence and innovative retail or digital initiatives.
- Design and manage internal surveys, presenting results in strategic syntheses.
- Enrollment in a Business School or similar program.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and understanding of business etiquette.
