Sephora Assistant Release Manager Intern

- Coordinate and monitor development activities as part of the release with delivery squads.
- Participate in PI Planning Digital sessions.
- Formalize necessary inputs for production deployment (Cut Over Plan).
- Assist in formalizing cutover for simple and cross-functional production deployments.
- Lead the tracking of release ticket progress.
- Share follow-up meeting minutes.
- Manage the release plan roadmap, dependencies, and communications.
- Plan, monitor, and coordinate release and hot-fix deployments.
- Maintain build and release procedure documentation and distribution lists.
- Identify risks that may delay a release and propose mitigation plans.
- Lead post-release reviews and update KPIs.
- Manage non-production environments.
- Technical background to understand and be comfortable with e-commerce domain.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and branch management.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with the application development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication.
- Ability to lead meetings and ad-hoc discussions.
- Integration skills within diverse teams.
- Development knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, Java, Swift, Kotlin.
Beginner level experience in release management or related fields.
Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
