Sephora Assistant Project Manager, Marketing Operations

- Lead the end-to-end execution of omni-channel marketing programs, integrating online and offline channels.
- Develop and manage schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and strategic milestones.
- Foster strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
- Communicate requirements, deliverables, timelines, and budget status throughout the program lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Creative Resourcing and Delivery Management for timely execution of assets.
- Oversee day-to-day program planning and execution, ensuring comprehensive meeting agendas.
- Supervise schedules and update reports, maintaining transparency with key partners.
- Facilitate the routing of creative assets and ensure actionable feedback is received.
- Ensure completion and tracking of all assets, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Advocate for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account, project, or program management within marketing.
- College degree or equivalent experience in project management practices.
- Prior experience in creative project management, preferably with agency experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Smartsheets, Box, Monday.com, and Ziflow.
- Excellent relationship-building skills across functions.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- High energy and flexibility in a dynamic team environment.
A minimum of 3 years in account, project, or program management within the marketing domain, with a preference for creative project management experience.
College degree or equivalent experience.
