Sephora Assistant Project Manager — Makeup Visual Merchandising (Work‑Study)

- Support end‑to‑end project management for makeup visual merchandising initiatives across the European market, with primary focus on the 'The Next Big Thing' permanent fixtures and flex merchandising.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (assortment, design, purchasing, country VM teams) and external partners (brands, suppliers) to define scope and deliverable requirements for fixture updates.
- Develop and validate 3D visuals and assortments to ensure clarity, coherence and brand alignment.
- Drive supplier development: write technical briefs, validate technical plans, approve technical and decorated BATs, and supervise first‑of‑series production.
- Produce installation guidelines and implementation notices for each brand and fixture update.
- Manage project schedules (retroplanning), purchase orders, logistical follow‑up for deliveries and in‑store rollouts while maintaining budgetary control.
- Handle post‑delivery after‑sales (SAV) coordination with suppliers and country teams to resolve on‑site issues and ensure quality of implementation.
- Enrollment in Master 1 (business school or university) and eligible for a 24‑month alternance work‑study contract starting September 2026.
- Strong interest in visual merchandising and the prestige beauty/cosmetics sector; prior internship or alternance experience in beauty or retail is advantageous.
- Demonstrated organisational rigour, ability to manage priorities and respect project timelines.
- Proactive mindset with creative sensitivity, a meticulous eye for detail and strong interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Beginner — currently enrolled in Master 1; a first professional experience (internship or alternance) in cosmetics, beauty retail or visual merchandising is desirable but not mandatory.
Master 1 level (business school or university) — eligible for a work‑study (alternance) contract.
