- Participate in the launch of innovative digital projects, including web, app, and in-store digital solutions.
- Analyze client needs and develop comprehensive business cases, including user experience and key performance indicators.
- Create detailed project plans, including roadmaps, macro-budgets, and organizational structures.
- Engage actively in meetings with internal stakeholders such as UX, IT, and Product Teams, as well as external partners like suppliers and startups.
- Implement Test & Learn phases, including launching Proof of Concept, analyzing KPIs, and integrating improvements before final project launch.
- Monitor trends and innovations in the retail and beauty sectors, collecting information on new services, customer experiences, and consumption modes.
- Conduct thematic studies aligned with the company's strategic plan, focusing on competition, concepts, and solutions.
- Support the deployment of gift card sales across Europe, ensuring smooth operations and conducting user interviews.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics in collaboration with business teams.
- Ensure the development of appropriate processes for optimal user experience and internal control.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to define and prioritize business needs, conducting user interviews to gather feedback.
- Student in a BAC+4/5 program at a business or engineering school
