1. Develop training modules and create visual aids for seminars and training events.
2. Provide logistical support for the organization of training sessions.
3. Design educational resources aligned with training priorities.
4. Create content for the internal Sephora University EME platform.
5. Produce and publish engaging content on Instagram to foster community engagement.
6. Ensure the quality and consistency of social media publications.
7. Organize and track meetings and events for the EME Beauty Masters program.
8. Coordinate communications with stakeholders and service providers.
9. Design and adapt educational content.
10. Monitor travel arrangements using reporting tools like Excel.
11. Support logistical needs for annual events.
12. Manage communications with partners and suppliers.
13. Oversee budget management using Corefa.
