- Participate in product development, including formula testing, packaging development, and execution documentation.
- Create comprehensive 360° support materials for Digital, Operational Marketing, and Merchandising teams.
- Contribute to the deployment of the 2028 marketing strategy, focusing on new concepts and trends.
- Analyze market trends, innovations, and consumer needs.
- Evaluate category performance metrics.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program, such as a business school or university, specializing in marketing.
- Previous experience in marketing development is advantageous.
- Prior experience in the cosmetics industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a penchant for numbers.
- Fluency in English.
- Demonstrated curiosity, autonomy, and proactivity.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or marketing.
