- Analyze, combine, and synthesize various quantitative and qualitative data sources to develop optimization hypotheses.
- Propose UX use cases and test recommendations.
- Identify digital quick wins and best practices to enhance conversion rates.
- Support Product Analysts across various scopes with their analyses.
- Implement A/B testing campaigns to optimize online user journeys, including briefing, tracking, and monitoring.
- Co-define user test objectives, draft protocols, and conduct interviews alongside a Product Designer.
- Compare and analyze A/B test results and user interviews, sharing insights with stakeholders.
- Communicate monthly test results through the team's internal newsletter.
- Collaborate with partners to organize annual workshops and events.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including Product Design, Product, and E-merchandising.
- Final year student in business school or university with a specialization in E-commerce or Digital Marketing.
- Previous experience in E-commerce and Digital (internship or apprenticeship).
- Strong digital culture and sensitivity to web and online sales.
- Organizational skills, rigor, and adaptability.
- Autonomy, curiosity, and teamwork.
- Interest in user research and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency or certification in tools such as AB Tasty, Contentsquare, UserTesting, Google Analytics, Piano Analytics.
- Fluent communication in English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in E-commerce and Digital, such as an internship or apprenticeship.
Final year student in business school or university with a specialization in E-commerce or Digital Marketing.
