Sephora Assistant PMO Intern

- Assist the Program Director and project managers in all coordination activities.
- Support the daily coordination of team activities.
- Monitor project KPIs and organize logistics.
- Ensure communication following governance committees.
- Maintain up-to-date and properly stored project documentation.
- Prepare program committees by coordinating contributions from various project teams.
- Consolidate information and presentations for steering and follow-up committees.
- Aid in planning project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track task and deliverable progress against the schedule.
- Take notes during meetings and draft minutes.
- Follow up on actions from meetings and prompt responsible parties as needed.
- Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (MS Project, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Teamwork and priority management skills.
- Attention to detail, autonomy, and service orientation.
No prior experience required; ideal for beginners.
