1. Assist the Program Director and project managers in coordinating all program-related activities.
2. Support the daily coordination of the team’s activities.
3. Monitor project KPIs and organize logistics.
4. Ensure effective communication following governance committees.
5. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation.
6. Prepare program committees by coordinating inputs from various project teams.
7. Consolidate information and presentations for steering and follow-up committees.
8. Aid in project timeline and milestone planning using appropriate tools.
9. Track task and deliverable progress against the schedule.
10. Take meeting notes and draft minutes.
11. Follow up on action items from meetings and prompt responsible parties as needed.

1. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software (MS Project, etc.).
2. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
3. Strong teamwork and priority management abilities.
4. Attention to detail, autonomy, and a service-oriented mindset.
5. Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
