Sephora Assistant Planner

- Review and manage in-stock levels for core and new products at SKU/store level.
- Consult with the Planning Manager to maintain appropriate weeks of supply (WOS) levels.
- Track purchase orders to ensure timely receipt of inventory at Canadian distribution centers and stores.
- Analyze product launch performance and adjust forecasts and inventory levels as needed.
- Manage regular replenishment forecasts and orders within the open-to-buy (OTB) receipt budget.
- Oversee product allocations with analytical insights to support sales performance.
- Create manual purchase orders for new products, new stores, and promotional support.
- Provide visibility on fill rates to planners and brand partners.
- Communicate and escalate issues with key launches to planners and merchants.
- Set up new products in Blue Yonder (JDA) for accurate purchasing and allocation.
- Generate reports on vendor/brand fill rates and lead time accuracy.
- Validate assortment productivity and recommend changes within new productivity guidelines.
- Report updated business trends and stock continuity weekly.
- Conduct seasonal analysis on new products and key initiatives.
- Support additional projects as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in inventory planning and/or merchandising.
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills in writing, conversation, and presentations.
- Adaptability and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior retail experience is considered an asset.
