- Collaborate with the multifunctional team on packaging renovation and cross-functional packaging initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessment studies and provide feasibility studies for projects, including function, manufacturability, cost, timeline, risks, and overall coherence.
- Identify stock packaging, validate technical drawings, and provide print areas.
- Establish approval plans and conduct necessary tests to validate success criteria.
- Lead aesthetic development, including color matching and decoration.
- Review and approve artwork files.
- Manage the industrialization phase and attend line trials at contract manufacturers to ensure components and finished products meet quality expectations.
- Work closely with Quality to provide specifications for components and finished products.
- Approve quality standards and range boards for components and finished products.
- Validate tertiary packaging of finished products and palletization plans.
- Monitor timelines and regularly report development issues to the immediate supervisor and project managers.
- Identify mitigation plans and ensure their deployment.
- Support sustainability programs specifically applied to packaging.
- Update key performance indicators and provide annual reports.
- Currently in the 4th or 5th year of an engineering degree (packaging, chemistry, mechanical engineering, or other relevant discipline).
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for verbal and written communication of ideas, technical justifications, and recommendations.
- Curiosity, organization, autonomy, dynamism, analytical skills, and passion for the product.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
No specific prior experience required, but relevant academic background in engineering is necessary.
Currently pursuing a 4th or 5th year engineering degree in packaging, chemistry, mechanical engineering, or related field.
