Sephora Assistant Merchant, Skincare

- Manage brand and multibranded assortments for over 1,000+ Sephora at Kohl’s locations, including visual merchandising and timelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships and assortment strategies for over 20 brands in collaboration with the Senior Merchant.
- Serve as a liaison between Kohl’s and Sephora partners to ensure seamless communication and execution of strategies.
- Assist in executing skincare brand strategies, including brand growth, new product introductions, and the exit of underperforming brands.
- Consistently communicate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Prepare reports and analyze business performance to identify sales-driving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute product launches and animation strategies.
- Analyze category elements to identify areas of opportunity.

- 2+ years of retail buying or account management experience at a major retailer.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting to large groups.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work well within ambiguity and navigate complex business environments.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience with project management is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and merchant systems.
A minimum of 2 years in retail buying or account management at a major retailer.
The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
