1. Manage brand assortments for up to 400 stores, including visual merchandising and timelines.
2. Communicate consistently with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
3. Assist in creation and execution of brand/product strategies and product pipeline.
4. Prepare reports and assist in analyzing the business.
5. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute robust 360-degree launch strategies.
6. Stay informed about trends, new products, and brands.

1. 2-3 years of retail buying experience at a major retailer.

1. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
2. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Strong analytical skills and a numbers-oriented mindset.
4. Ability to negotiate and exert influence.
5. Effective time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
6. Positive and collaborative attitude.

2-3 years of retail buying experience at a major retailer is required.

The annual base salary range for this position is $86,000.00 - $97,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
