1. Assist in managing brand assortments for Sephora stores, including visual merchandising and timelines for up to 400 locations.
2. Communicate consistently with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
3. Assist in the creation and execution of brand/product strategies and product pipeline.
4. Prepare reports and assist in analyzing business performance.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute robust 360-degree launch strategies.
6. Stay informed on trends, new products, and emerging brands.

1. 2-3 years of retail buying experience at a major retailer.

1. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting to large groups.
2. Excellent technical skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and merchant systems.
3. Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills with a drive for results.
4. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and exert influence.
5. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment.
6. Positive and collaborative attitude.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail buying at a major retailer is required.

The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
