1. Communicate consistently with internal and external stakeholders to manage and ensure deadlines are met, acting as a liaison between Kohl’s and Sephora.
2. Support manager with the creation of various presentation materials.
3. Manage the Sephora at Kohl’s merchandising calendar and meeting invites.
4. Provide support to all categories for the Sephora at Kohl’s merchandising team.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly reports and assist in analyzing business performance.
6. Review and approve marketing creative for product description accuracy, including pricing, name, and timing.
7. Develop and execute assortment plans, 360 launch strategies, and animations for a group of brands within the category strategy.
8. Interpret and communicate directions to team members and internal partners to ensure initiatives are developed and executed within the desired timeline.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail buying office experience.

1. High-level problem-solving and analytical skills with good judgment.
2. Curiosity for category market product, styling trends, influencers/content, and competition.
3. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and complex environment.
4. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with comfort presenting to leadership.
5. Technical skills in MS Office (Excel, SASS cubes, Pivot tables, V-lookup, Word, PowerPoint) and retailer merchant systems.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail buying office environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00, with eligibility for bonuses based on performance and other factors.
