- Communicate consistently with internal and external stakeholders to manage and ensure deadlines are met, acting as a liaison between Kohl’s and Sephora.
- Support manager with the creation of various presentation materials.
- Manage the Sephora at Kohl’s merchandising calendar and meeting invites.
- Provide support to all categories for the Sephora at Kohl’s merchandising team.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and assist in analyzing business performance.
- Review and approve marketing creative for product description accuracy, including pricing, name, and timing.
- Develop and execute assortment plans, 360 launch strategies, and animations for a group of brands within the category strategy.
- Interpret and communicate directions to team members and internal partners to ensure initiatives are developed and executed within the desired timeline.
- Minimum 3 years of retail buying office experience.
- High-level problem-solving and analytical skills with good judgment.
- Curiosity for category market product, styling trends, influencers/content, and competition.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with comfort presenting to leadership.
- Technical skills in MS Office (Excel, SASS cubes, Pivot tables, V-lookup, Word, PowerPoint) and retailer merchant systems.
Minimum of 3 years in a retail buying office environment.
The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00, with eligibility for bonuses based on performance and other factors.
