1. Conduct detailed weekly, monthly, and semi-annual sales analyses to evaluate brand portfolio performance.
2. Collaborate with the Store Updates team to manage brand assortments and ensure timely updates.
3. Oversee vendor relationships, including price changes, testers, damages, and compliance submissions.
4. Review and approve in-store brand visual elements and manage planograms for brands and multi-branded spaces.
5. Oversee SKU creation and maintenance, price updates, product launches, and markdown chargebacks.
6. Partner with the Planning team and Sephora US to support inventory and sales forecasting.

1. Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in retail management or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience as a buyer, merchandiser, or planner for a major retailer.

1. Strong understanding of consumer trends and behavior in the beauty industry.
2. Proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving using analytical skills.
3. Technical proficiency with merchant systems and MS Office suite.
4. Knowledge of the Canadian cosmetic industry and Health Canada regulations.
5. Fluency in French and English is an asset.

A minimum of two years of experience in buying, merchandising, or planning within a major retail environment is required.
