Sephora Assistant Marketing Manager, Social Content

- Manage the planning, development, and execution of social content for Sephora Collection campaigns and evergreen content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Coordinate Sephora and Sephora Collection social priorities with cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing and Merchandising.
- Oversee community management for Sephora and Sephora Collection social content.
- Optimize captions, text overlays, and community responses to ensure alignment with brand voice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and develop strategic social content plans.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social content, recommending optimizations to enhance engagement.
- Partner with global teams on launches and initiatives.
- Lead influencer campaign development in collaboration with agencies and the Influencer Marketing team.
- 3+ years of social media experience, preferably in consumer lifestyle, retail, or beauty sectors.
- Proficiency in social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong creative writing skills.
- Experience in a collaborative, process-driven environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing social media landscape.
- Passion for social media and beauty.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms like Dash Hudson and ListenFirst.
A minimum of three years in social media management, with a preference for experience in consumer lifestyle, retail, or beauty industries.
The annual base salary range is $86,000 to $97,000, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
