Sephora Assistant Marketing Manager, Skincare

1. Support and plan marketing campaign strategy for the skincare category, dedicating 30% of time to this task.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish comprehensive 360-degree marketing plans.
3. Develop strategies spanning in-store, digital, and external/media channels.
4. Lead and manage brand and SKU launch activations, dedicating 25% of time to this task.
5. Coordinate with Creative and Editorial teams to deliver campaign objectives.
6. Ensure compelling copy and visuals across all marketing channels.
7. Develop and maintain productive relationships with key cross-functional partners.
8. Understand and leverage Sephora's marketing vehicles.
9. Support managers in developing communication plans for digital and major Sephora campaigns.

1. 4+ years of marketing experience.
2. 3-4 years of multi-channel marketing skills.
3. Preferred experience in agency, retail, and/or beauty industry.

A minimum of 4 years in marketing, with multi-channel marketing experience preferred.

College degree or equivalent experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is $87,000.00 - $97,000.00. Individuals may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
