1. Support partnerships, loyalty, and experience within the Consumer Insights functions.
2. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to generate insights for Sephora North America.
3. Analyze primary survey data and produce insightful, storytelling deliverables.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate disparate data sets and report findings.
5. Influence business strategies through partnerships and relationship building.
6. Stay informed on industry trends and macroeconomic impacts to identify blind spots and inform long-term strategies.
7. Oversee research operations, including managing online research communities and coordinating fieldwork.

1. 3+ years of relevant experience in market research or consumer insights.
2. Experience in Retail, FMCG, CPG, or Beauty industries.
3. Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
4. Experience in designing and managing large-scale market research programs.
5. Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
6. Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

1. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
2. Competency in statistical packages (e.g., SPSS, R, STATA).
3. Experience with survey programming (e.g., Focus Vision Beacon, Qualtrix).
4. Ability to manage projects independently.
5. Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and influence.

A minimum of 3 years in market research or consumer insights, with at least 2 years on the supplier side handling large-scale engagements.

The annual base salary range is $86,955.00 - $97,185.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
