Sephora Assistant Marketing Manager

- Support partnerships, loyalty, and experience within the Consumer Insights functions.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to generate insights for Sephora North America.
- Analyze primary survey data and produce insightful, storytelling deliverables.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate disparate data sets and report findings.
- Influence business strategies through partnerships and relationship building.
- Stay informed on industry trends and macroeconomic impacts to identify blind spots and inform long-term strategies.
- Oversee research operations, including managing online research communities and coordinating fieldwork.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in market research or consumer insights.
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, CPG, or Beauty industries.
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Experience in designing and managing large-scale market research programs.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Competency in statistical packages (e.g., SPSS, R, STATA).
- Experience with survey programming (e.g., Focus Vision Beacon, Qualtrix).
- Ability to manage projects independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and influence.
A minimum of 3 years in market research or consumer insights, with at least 2 years on the supplier side handling large-scale engagements.
The annual base salary range is $86,955.00 - $97,185.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
