Sephora Assistant Marketing Manager, Media

- Lead the planning and activation of media campaigns for Sephora's Multi-Brand Co-Op initiatives across the U.S. and Canada.
- Collaborate with Category & Brand Marketing teams and external agency partners to deliver media programs.
- Manage end-to-end media planning and activation for campaigns.
- Attend campaign kick-off meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Develop channel support specifications and briefs for internal and external partners.
- Oversee campaign delivery milestones through Sephora’s Project Foundation process.
- Lead creative hand-off and ensure timely execution.
- Organize and communicate campaign launch details and timelines.
- Maintain regular communication with media agencies and partners.
- Support planning and execution of custom content, influencer, and high-impact media.
- Package and deliver reporting across all media channels.
- Manage invoice tracking and reconciliation for external vendors.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years of experience in digital media planning and activation
- Strong knowledge of programmatic display, video, and paid social best practices
- Experience managing budgets, tracking spend, and coordinating billing
- Excellent communication skills for articulating creative and media needs
- Ability to develop and present clear media briefs and plans
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Creative instincts to drive brand KPIs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making
- Collaborative team player with cross-functional experience
3+ years in digital media planning and activation.
Bachelor’s Degree required
The annual base salary range for this position is $86,955.00 - $97,185.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
